A-Able Inspections, Inc 561-784-5240 800-363-4492 Michael J Ehlinger, CGC, CEI, CRI, began his construction career in Broward County in 1969 as a plasterer, blockmason, form carpenter and concrete finisher.  While working as a shell contractor he attended the Construction College Academy and All State Construction College and became a State Certified General Contractor.  In 1978 Mike designed and built his first project, Woodview Homes in North Lauderdale.  Later he built custom homes in Lago Mar Colony in Plantation, Rio Vista Isles, Plantation Acres, Inverrary, Sunshine Ranches, and was one of the original preferred builders in the Estate section of the Newport Bay Club in Boca Raton.  In 1990, after twenty plus years performing all types of commercial and residential construction, Mike discovered there was a need for qualified inspectors in the real estate market as no state licensing is required to perform real estate inspections.  Since then Mike has performed thousands of inspections and is still active in the roofing and construction industry.  He has also transitioned into Insurance Inspections for the Windstorm Mitigation Inspection, which saves you money on your homeowner's insurance, and the Four Point Inspection.
